Code: ST-06

Product detailed description
Kokusai Japanese Sword Yokote - Folded T-10 Steel
Hand-forged and polished blade made of folded T-10 steel of the highest quality. This Damascus steel was created from 1024 layers, revealing a unique grain that defines the swordsmith's masterful experience. During the forging process, impurities are removed, resulting in a blade with high structural integrity. The surface of the sword is highly aesthetic and functional after manual grinding and polishing with a hazuya stone.
The real hamon is formed according to ancient traditional methods of partial hardening. This top-of-the-line samurai sword replica is fully disassemblable and, thanks to its Full Tang construction, is designed for maximum durability. The blade curvature (Sori) of 2.2 cm is designed for precise cuts, which, combined with the edge hardness of 58 HRC, allows for tameshigiri practice on tatami or bamboo.

The tip of the blade type Chu Kissaki features a genuine Diamond-Shaped Yokote, clearly defined by the hamon line extending to the Boshi. The overall Koshirae design guarantees you receive a top-tier product in terms of historical appearance and functionality.
