The Katana Heraldry represents the pinnacle of swordsmithing elegance, defined primarily by its straightness and technical complexity. Unlike wavy hamons, this model features a real Suguha hamon – a straight hardening line that demands absolute precision from the master smith. This sword is designed for those who appreciate a clean design combined with a massive extended tip, O-Kissaki, which gives the Heraldry katana a dominant appearance and excellent dynamics.

The blade was hand-forged in a Maru monocomposite configuration from select T-10 steel. The high carbon content (1.1%) and differential hardening ensure a blade hardness of 58 HRC. The Shinogi-Zukuri profile with bo-hi groove guarantees optimal balance and a characteristic whistle when the technique is performed correctly. The blade surface was hand-polished with a hazuya stone, achieving a mirror finish and extreme sharpness.

A prominent feature is the long O-Kissaki tip (6.5 cm) with a true Diamond-Shaped Yokote. This construction increases the structural integrity of the tip and effectively dissipates force upon impact. The hamon smoothly transitions through the Boshi to the very tip, confirming the authenticity of the traditional manufacturing process.
