Artistic replica of the DO katana represents the pinnacle of swordsmithing art. The hand-forged blade utilizes the demanding Honsanmai lamination with a core of premium T-10 steel. Thanks to differential hardening, the edge achieves a hardness of 58 HRC, which, combined with the complex lamination structure, ensures exceptional durability and flexibility. The ko kissaki type tip features a true Diamond-Shaped Yokote, which precisely disperses energy during cutting practice and ensures the structural stability of the tip.

The blade without the bo-hi groove has undergone final hand polishing with a hazuya stone, which brought out the unusual and striking real Choji hamon. Blade geometry with a Sori (2.2 cm) curve is designed for the cleanest and most precise cuts into straw mats or bamboo. All components are individually crafted from the finest available materials.

Full Tang construction guarantees maximum integrity. The handle (Tsuka) is wrapped in genuine ray skin (Samegawa) and features a comfortable ITO suede leather wrap. A unique element is the Koshirae, handcrafted entirely from copper. The scabbard (Saya) made of hardwood is finished with a premium Japanese lacquer, highlighting the masterful craftsmanship of this replica.
