Call us at +420 601 390 216The Rozenhiru Katana represents an exclusive line of samurai sword replicas, blending top-tier metallurgy with a high aesthetic standard. The highlight of this model is the hand-engraved Horimono directly on the blade, which lends the sword a spiritual dimension and a prestigious appearance. The combination of black leather, brass elements, and a uniquely lacquered scabbard makes the Rozenhiru one of the most distinctive pieces in our offer. Owning this sword with a precise Yokote means holding a tool with perfect structural integrity.
The blade was hand-forged in a Maru monocomposite configuration from premium T-10 steel. The high carbon and manganese content ensures the blade has extreme rigidity and edge retention (58 HRC). The Shinogi-Zukuri profile without a groove bo-hi gives the sword the necessary mass for effective and powerful cuts. The final polishing with hazuya stones has brought out a mirror finish and enhanced the beauty of the steel used.
The edge clearly shows a real Choji Midare hamon – an irregular hardening line resembling blooming carnation flowers. This visual effect is the result of partial hardening using clay and testifies to the high craftsmanship of the master blacksmith.

The sword tip of the Chu-Kissaki type features a genuine Diamond-Shaped Yokote. This construction is key to the sword's stability during cutting and helps absorb impact energy. The hamon flows smoothly over the Boshi to the very tip.
