Product detailed description
Replica of the Kill Bill movie sword of Beatrix Kiddo by Hattori Hanzō with a T-10 carbon steel blade
Forged blade made of T-10 steel of the highest quality. Steel in single-steel monosteel configuration - differentially hardened. T-10 carbon steel is very strong and holds its edge exceptionally well. The blade without the bo-hi groove was hand-polished in the final stage with a hazuya stone - achieving a near-razor sharpness (razor sharp) and a mirror finish. This blade has been tested and proven to cut through anything in its path. Sori (blade curvature) is specially designed to achieve the finest and cleanest cuts possible. The carbon monocomposite T-10 steel boasts an impressive hardness of 58 HRC - this hardness, combined with the Sori blade curvature, allows for easy cutting of tatami, straw mats, or bamboo for tameshigiri. The full tang construction of this blade significantly increases the sword's strength.
The katana replica was created based on the original from the film Kill Bill.
Hattori Hanzo was a prominent Japanese samurai who lived during the Sengoku period in the 16th century. He was known as a master swordsman, tactician, and a loyal servant of the Tokugawa clan. Hanzo was known for his loyalty and bravery, and was one of the key officers of the Tokugawa clan. His military abilities and strategic knowledge played an important role in the process of unifying Japan under the Tokugawa.
Hanzo is often depicted as a heroic figure in Japanese history, literature, and culture. His name appears in many folk stories and legends. In fictional settings, Hattori Hanzo has also been included in various films, television shows, games, and other media, where he is often portrayed as a fearless warrior and master of martial arts.
Hattori Hanzo is also a fictional character in the cult film Kill Bill, directed by Quentin Tarantino. In the film Kill Bill: Volume 1 and Kill Bill: Volume 2, Hattori Hanzo plays an important role as a master swordsmith who has retired and lives in solitude, making swords and trying to escape his past as a master of killing tools. Hanzo is sought out by the main character Beatrix Kiddo, known as The Bride, who seeks revenge against the people who betrayed and tried to kill her. Hattori Hanzo provides her with a sword (katana) and also helps her with preparations for her revenge journey. The character of Hattori Hanzo is portrayed in the film by the famous Japanese actor Sonny Chibou.

The tip of the blade is shaped shinogi-zukuri and chu kissaki with a real Diamond-Shaped Yokote, which is well-defined by the fact that the hamon runs the entire length through the Boshi. The striking real Choji+Suguha Hamon is created according to ancient traditional methods based on many years of experience from the master blacksmith.
