The blade was laminated in Maru configuration and differentially hardened using a traditional method, resulting in a distinct Choji Hamon. To achieve maximum aesthetics and sharpness, the blade was polished with a hazuya stone in the final stage. The Naginata is a traditional Japanese weapon historically used by samurai and warrior monks, and this fully functional replica honors all its characteristics.
