Mizuki collector's replica with traditional hamon and precise blade
The forged Mizuki sword with a real hamon Choji finds its use as an exclusive decoration, but also as an aid for active practice of traditional arts. The featured AISI 1045 carbon steel is partially hardened and reaches a hardness of 48 HRC. An aesthetically refined blade, a black glossy saya, and a tsuka (handle) covered with genuine ray skin make this katana a highly sought-after piece. The replica is stored in a fabric bag. The Dellinger company recommends exercising caution during handling and storing this item out of reach of children. Any handling of this tool is at your own risk.
The tip of the blade is shaped in the shinogi-zukuri and chu-kissaki style with a genuine Diamond Shaped Yokote that runs through the entire hamon. The curvature (sori) is designed for clean and precise guidance. Thanks to its fulltang construction, this model is suitable for practicing tameshigiri on tatami or straw mats.
