The Artistic Tsunami Katana Replica features a precisely forged blade made of T-10 steel in Maru configuration. Thanks to traditional differential hardening, the edge achieves a hardness of 58 HRC, ensuring excellent stability and long life during cutting practice. The shinogi-zukuri type blade is finished with a chu kissaki tip with a genuine Diamond-Shaped Yokote, which is crucial for structural integrity and shock absorption upon impact with the training target.

Blade, without a bo-hi fuller, undergoes a demanding process of manual polishing with a hazuya stone. The result is an almost razor-sharp edge and a clearly defined real Sanbonsugi hamon. The specially designed curve Sori (2.2 cm) promotes clean and fluid cuts, which, combined with the traditional Musashi-style steel tsuba, creates a perfectly balanced and functional replica.

The Full Tang construction ensures maximum sword strength. The handle (Tsuka) has a wooden core wrapped in genuine ray skin (Samegawa) with a luxurious black ITO leather wrap, secured by two mekugi bamboo pegs. The sheath (Saya) is made of hardwood and finished with a hand-applied black gloss lacquer with gold flakes, underscoring the exclusivity of this specimen.
