Surface cleaning and protection:
The DLC surface is highly resistant, however, we recommend rinsing and drying the tool after use in an aggressive environment (salt water, acidic juices). Any deposits can be removed with a baking soda paste. It is advisable to occasionally treat the bearing mechanism with a drop of fine oil.
