Crafted replica of the Orenji Jigoku katana sword, AISI 1065 steel, Nagasa 2.30 Shaku

This forged katana replica of the shinogi-zukuri type is made from high-quality AISI 1065 carbon steel. Like every precise katana sword replica in our offer, this model has undergone a traditional partial hardening process, which creates an authentic Choji-type hamon line. The blade has been hand-finished to achieve optimal properties for sports training and collector's aesthetics. The Sori (curvature) geometry is designed for precise and smooth cuts during martial arts training. The blade exhibits a hardness of approximately 52 HRC at the hasaki, allowing for effective tameshigiri practice on straw mats. The robust Full Tang construction ensures high stability of the entire unit.
