Product detailed description
Functional Manji Katana Replica from T-10 Steel, Hamon Choji, Nagasa 2.30 Shaku
This sharp Manji Katana Replica is a work of art suitable for collectors and demanding practice of Japanese martial arts. The T-10 steel blade in a Maru monocomposite configuration was forged using a traditional clay tempering method, resulting in a unique Hamon Choji. Thanks to its precise craftsmanship and a hardness of 58 HRC, this Katana Replica is suitable for practical use in cutting tests. The Chu-Kissaki tip with a clearly defined Diamond Shaped Yokote accentuates the blade's perfect geometry, which smoothly transitions into a Full Tang construction.

The sword's design features a luxurious scabbard (saya) with a polished and lacquered eggshell finish. The functional elements Kurigata, Koiguchi, and Kojiri are made from genuine polished buffalo horn. The Sori curve is designed for clean and precise cuts during tameshigiri on tatami mats or bamboo. Handle (tsuka) with black leather wrap and gold menuki ensures a secure and firm grip during practice.
