Product detailed description
Collector's Katana Tomomi, folded AISI 1045 steel, nagasa 2.30 Shaku
The forged sharp sword Tomomi represents a fusion of traditional Japanese aesthetics and a subtle natural motif. Blade made of folded AISI 1045 carbon steel features a polished hamon imitation that enhances its visual appeal. This katana is designed primarily as an artistic decoration or a training tool for practicing martial arts forms. Due to its hardness of 48 HRC, it is not suitable for cutting hard materials that could damage its edge.

A prominent feature of this model is the black glossy saya adorned with a delicate dandelion pattern, which, combined with the black and white silk Sage-O wrap, creates a harmonious whole. The handle (tsuka) with a wooden core is covered with genuine stingray leather and secured with two bamboo pegs (mekugi). A protective cloth bag is included in the package.
