In Norse mythology " Mjölnir " hammer - Thor, the Norse god associated with thunder. Mjölnir is depicted in Norse mythology as one of the most feared and powerful weapons, capable of levelling mountains. V Nin the Orcish myth, the prophet Edda describes how the hammer was made by the dwarven brothers Eitri and Brokkr. However, a mistake was made in its manufacture, resulting in a hammer with a characteristically short handle. Similar hammers (Ukonvasara) were a common symbol of the thunder god in other northern European mythologies.
