Never wash the knife in the dishwasher.
Maintenance and sharpening
To maintain a superior edge, we recommend diamond or water sharpening stones. If you are unsure, we will be happy to sharpen the knife for you individually. We also regularly organize public sharpening courses. Improper sharpening can cause irreversible changes to the blade's geometry.
Tool Cleaning:
Minor stains (oxidation) may appear on the steel surface upon contact with aggressive environments. This is not a material defect, but adhered particles that can be easily removed, for example, with baking soda paste and subsequent oil treatment.
