Replica Tsurugi sword (also known as Ken in Japan) features a unique double-edged blade, handcrafted from the highest quality TAMAHAGANE steel. This rare steel is produced through traditional charcoal smelting and, thanks to the multi-layer forging process, achieves uncompromising strength and a characteristic shiny silver appearance.

The blade is fully polished and sharpened using traditional methods with whetstones of varying hardness. The final stage utilized hazuya stone, which gives the edge a razor-sharp fineness. The blade is adorned with an oriental engraving Horimono, created according to ancient master techniques. This model features a double-sided real hamon of the Suguha type, making it an exceptional piece for the most discerning collectors.

Tamahagane Steel: Japanese steel with a porous structure that, after processing by a master smith, acquires unique properties. During the forging process, impurities are burned off, creating a homogeneous material with an extremely sharp cutting edge. The fine colored dots on the surface are the result of a natural oxidation process, not a material defect.
