If you are not confident in performing maintenance yourself, we will gladly sharpen the knife for you individually. We also regularly organize professional sharpening courses. Improper handling of such high-quality material can lead to irreversible damage to the cutting geometry.
Blade Care:
Surface oxidation of minor impurities may occur with steels produced by powder metallurgy. To remove them, we recommend using a fine paste of baking soda and water in combination with a cork stopper, which will clean the surface without damaging the steel structure.
