Mushroom knife care rules Never wash the knife in the dishwasher. After returning from the forest, clean the knife, wipe it, and let it dry. We recommend occasionally oiling the blade made of D2 steel. Do not use the shovel for prying hard objects.

Sharpening and maintenance

For maintaining a precise edge, we recommend water sharpening stones. If you are not confident about sharpening a knife with a curved blade, we will gladly sharpen it for you in our service center or teach you the technique in our sharpening course.
