TORI Katana Replica represents a fusion of precise swordsmithing craftsmanship and minimalist design. The blade is hand-forged from select high-carbon AISI 1075 steel, folded 10 times to achieve 1024 layers. This process removes impurities and imbues the blade with uncompromising strength and a unique visual structure (Hada). The final hand-grinding and polishing with a hazuya stone ensures a mirror finish and exceptional edge quality.

A characteristic feature is the real Choji hamon (temper line), created using the traditional differential hardening method. The shinogi-zukuri style blade with a shubo zukuri kissaki tip features a clearly defined Yokote, crucial for structural integrity and stability during traditional tatami or bamboo cutting practice. The Full Tang construction with the blade extending through the entire handle guarantees maximum strength and durability.

The handle (Tsuka) has a hardwood core wrapped in genuine ray skin (Samegawa) with an elegant black ito wrap. The scabbard (Saya) is also made of hardwood and its surface is covered with exclusive ray skin. Functional details, such as the Koiguchi and Kojiri made of genuine black buffalo horn and the brass habaki, underscore the superior craftsmanship of this collector's replica.
